Anonymous asked: I have a mental disorder that only affects 2% of the world's population. It's caused by a neurological abnormality. Medical professionals have not found any medication to treat people with this disorder and only about half of patients respond to therapy. I'm terrified that they will never find ways to help people like me. I have a second mental disorder that is caused by a portion of my brain being misshapen. There is medication & therapy for it though. I'm scared that I will be in pain forever.
